Huanglonggou with an overall length of 7.5 kilometers and width of 1.5 kilometers sloped gently downwards towards the river. Inside the valley is laden with creamy yellow rocks, far in the distance likes the yellow dragon that winds through the thick forest and the hidden valley, which are in their manifold windings shaded by the most delightful forests, and it was only later that it was renamed as Huanglonggou. It enjoys a good reputation both at home and abroad for its miracle, elegance and serenity. It in some ways had dragonlike images in the eyes of the Chinese. Thus it's always compared to the Jade Pool in the world and the symbol of Chinese civilization.
The first thing you saw when you entered the scenic spot was a collection of exquisite and unique pools with quietly limpid water. They come in many shapes and sizes. Being oddly shaped, the ponds are richly colored, rhythmic and steady. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, behind the mountains rose the first gentle slopes of the hill clad with trees, and trees marched away westward along the curving shores of the pool.
There are the wild flowers come marching out. Butterflies are dancing in the air. The groups of flowers float in casual clouds among the hills. There's a winding stone path surrounded by flowers, fringed with the lookout pavilion set on a height to give an extensive view, which made the sight more amusing!
The richness and uniqueness of biodiversity in Huanglong National Nature Reserve are unparalleled not only in China but also in the world. Its biodiversity is well protected, and biological types are continuously enriched. It is regarded as a critical gene pool for the biodiversity of the globe. The nature reserve has comparatively advantageous natural environmental and resource conditions. The deep valley of the area was very fertile, and the young tender grass covered it!
