Actually the sawdust in serradura is a kind of biscuits crumbs. Serradura is a chilled pudding made with layers of biscuits, cream, condensed milk and vanilla.

3. Macanese Style Portuguese Chicken

This dish was derived from Africa and India and it is made with a whole chicken, potatoes, onion, and egg to seasoning with curry and coconut milk. This dish is mildly spicy and also slightly sweet.
