2. Serradura
Serradura is another signature dessert in Macau besides Portuguese egg tart. Serradura is translated into sawdust from Portuguese. So how does sawdust can be a desert? Actually the sawdust in serradura is a kind of biscuits crumbs. Serradura is a chilled pudding made with layers of biscuits, cream, condensed milk and vanilla.

3. Macanese Style Portuguese Chicken
The Macanese Style Portuguese Chicken is a very delicious and signature dish in Macau. This dish was derived from Africa and India and it is made with a whole chicken, potatoes, onion, and egg to seasoning with curry and coconut milk. This dish is mildly spicy and also slightly sweet. Portuguese chicken is best to be eaten with pork chop or mix with rice.
