5 Days Chengdu and Chongqing Muslim Tour

Detailed Itinerary: After breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to visit Huangcheng Mosque. Later in the afternoon, you will continue your tour to the New Century Global Center, Chunxi Road, and Tai Koo Li. Today you will enjoy both lunch and dinner at the local halal restaurant. 

Chengdu Huangcheng Mosque: Huangcheng Mosque is the only open religious site for Muslims in Chengdu. It is one of the most famous mosques in Southwest China. It is called Huangcheng (palace wall) for short. It was named because it is near to the palace of a dynasty in the local history.

Chunxi Road: Chunxi Road is the most famous shopping street in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It was first built in 1924 and it covers 220,000 square meters. Now Chunxi Road is a very busy commercial centers with more than 700 shops, including shopping malls, supermarkets, department stores, street stalls, boutiques, cafes, and bars.

Detailed Itinerary: This morning, you will set out to visit the adorable pandas at the Chengdu Panda Base (battery car included). After lunch, you will be transferred back to downtown to visit Kuanzhai Alley.

Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding: Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding is the primary tourist destination to see giant pandas in Chengdu. It is a non-profit research and breeding facility for giant pandas and other rare animals. The panda base is located at Futuoshan Mountain in northern suburbs of Chengdu with only about 10 kilometers from downtown Chengdu, and can be reached within 35 minutes by taxi.

Kuan Zhai Alley: Kuan Zhai Alley is one of the three historical and cultural reserves in Chengdu, together with Daci Temple Reserve and Wenshu Monastery.

Detailed Itinerary: After you have finished your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to visit Dufu Cottage and Jinli Old Street. Later on you will take the bullet train to Chongqing. Upon arrival, you will visit Ciqikou ancient town. At last you will check-in to your hotel after dinner.

Du Fu Thatched Cottage: Du Fu Thatched Cottage is one of the most popular historical sites in Chengdu. As the name suggests, the cottage is dedicated to commemorate Du Fu, a famous poet in Chinese literature.

Jinli Street: Jinli Street that is located in the east of the Wuhou Memorial Temple is one of the oldest commercial streets in China, and the most famous street in Chengdu. As the must-see attraction when travel to Chengdu, Jinli Street is a great place to experience the authentic Chengdu culture, customs, and folk arts.

Ciqikou Ancient Town: Situated on the bank of Jialing River, not far from its confluence with the mighty Yangtze River, Ciqkou is an ancient town and formerly known as Long Yin. It was named as Ciqikou because this town had supplied large amount of porcelain dating during Qing and Ming Dynasty.

Detailed Itinerary: In the morning, you will visit the Chongqing attractions including Eling Park, Hongyadong Old Street, and Chongqing Mosque. After lunch, visit Jiefangbei Commercial Center. After dinner you will be transferred to the airport for departure. 

Goose Neck Park: Goose Neck Park also called E Ling Park. It is located in Chongqing's Yu Zhong District and is Chongqing's earliest personally owned garden.

Jiefangbei Walking Street: Jiefangbei Walking Street is one of Chongqing's main commercial zones. With Chongqing People's Liberation Monument as its center, and is regarded as the commercial center of the Yuzhong District in Chongqing.
