Shenyang Tiexi Mosque
Shenyang Tiexi Mosque was built during the Manchukuo Era in 1934. There are no records of the exact location of the original Tiexi Mosque. In 1989 the mosque was built at the address today and is the only Arab style Mosque in Shenyang. The mosque covers an area of 1,500 square meters and has a construction area of 1,200 square meters. The main building covers an area of 800 square meters with the office on the first floor along with the classroom and meeting room and the prayer room is on the second floor.
