Lvzheng Mosuqe is one of the major mosques in Zhengzhou City. It was first built in the late Qing Dynasty (1644 - 1912) when it was a quite crude mosque at that time. After the rebuilt and expansion, Lvzheng Mosque has become a decent mosque.
The Lvzheng Mosque covers a land area of 1,300 square meters. The mosque is featured with national style and characteristics of its times. The complex of the mosque include the main hall, water house, lecture room, guest room, students' dormitory, boiler room, female mosque, scripture room, etc.
As Lvzheng Mosque is situated in the east of the Zhengzhou Railway Station and the west of the prosperous commercial street - Dehua Street, the super location has make Lvzheng Mosque quite outstanding among mosques in Zhengzhou and more and more Muslims come to the mosque to do prayers and attend other Muslim activities. Now, Lvzheng Mosque has been an important window for the communication with Muslims in Henan Province and in China.
