The cosmopolitan and food-obsessed city has a culinary gem hidden in the streets, on the sidewalks, and in towering skyscrapers and super-chic hotels. When rounds of Dim Sum and Hong Kong cuisine are overwhelming your taste buds, and when you’d love to explore cuisine that isn’t readily available back home, make a reservation at one of these restaurants.
